Algorithms for finding a rooted (k, 1) -edge-connected orientation

A digraph is called rooted (k,1)-edge-connected if it has a root node r0 such that there exist k arc-disjoint paths from r0 to every other node and there is a path from every node to r0. Here we give a simple algorithm for finding a (k,1)-edge-connected orientation of a graph. A slightly more complicated variation of this algorithm has running time O(n4+n2m) that is better than the time bound of the previously known algorithms. With the help of this algorithm one can check whether an undirected graph is highly k-tree-connected, that is, for each edge e of the graph G, there are k edge-disjoint spanning trees of G not containing e. Újszülöttkorban és később végzett primer artériás switchműtétek eredményei egy újonnan létrehozott, átfogó congenitalis szívközpontban

Absztrakt Bevezetés: Az újszülöttkori komplett nagyér-transzpozíció anatómiai korrekciójának (artériás switchműtét) eredményei egy adott ellátás sebészi minőségének indikátorai. Célkitűzés: A betegcsoportok elemzése, az artériás switchműtétek paramétereinek és eredményeinek vizsgálata és elhelyezése az ellátásban. Módszer: A szerzők új, teljes körű congenitalis szívellátást hoztak létre, amelyben az újszülöttkori primer korrekcióra helyezték a hangsúlyt. A nagyér-transzpozíciós betegeket két csoportba sorolták a kamrai sövényhiány megléte alapján. A társuló anomáliákat (például aortaív-hypoplasia) az anatómiai korrekcióval egy ülésben kezelték. Az újszülöttkor után jelentkező betegséget mechanikus keringéstámogatással kezelték a posztoperatív szakban. Eredmények: 2007–2014 között 118 artériás switchműtétet végeztek, 96,62%-os túléléssel. Kamrai sövényhiány társulása nem rontotta a morbiditást-mortalitást. A bal kamra újraedzését segítő mechanikus keringéstámogatás sikeres, és átlagosan 4,5±1,5 nap volt. Következtetések: Az ellátás algoritmusa és a sebészi technika e betegségcsoportban standardizálható, ami hozzájárul a magas, szövődménymentes túlélés biztosításához és modellül szolgálhat egyéb újszülöttkori veleszületett szívhibák sikeres kezeléséhez. A mechanikus keringéstámogatás elérhetősége kulcsa az újszülöttkor után jelentkező betegség gyógyításának. Orv. Hetil., 2015, 156(25), 1014–1019

Phenotypic characterization and milk quality variation of two type Tsigai sheep breed

In this study the phenotypic characterization and milk quality variation of two type Tsigai sheep breed, Cokan and Pivnicki are presented. The Cokan type mostly prevailing in Banat region (East part of Vojvodina), the Pivnicki could be located between river Tisa and Danube. The study was carried out on several sheep farms in Central-Backa region. From every flock, from each type 30 sheep were selected. Phenotypic characteristics of Pivnicki Tsigai type were: the average value of forehead spread 12.25 cm, height at withers 76.62 cm, body length 87.6 cm, bust size 102.87 cm and shinbone size 9.62 cm, and for the Cokan type the following values were determined: forehead spread 12.25 cm, height at withers 76.62 cm, body length 87.62 cm, bust size 102.87 cm and shinbone size 9.62 cm. The fat content in milk from Pivnicki type - 10.25%, was higher than that from Cokan type, 9.28%. In the case of all other milk substances lower average values were recorded in milk from Pivnicki Type. Significant differences (P < 0.05) were found in density, minerals, milk protein and freezing point values
